CODATA diagnostic — 4 predictions on the record
Algebra diagnosed CODATA 2018 corrections before they were made. Every α-dependent constant off by 4.4σ; every α-independent constant agreed. CODATA 2022 converged to the algebraic value exactly. Four predictions filed with DOI and timestamp: Morel Rb-87 (2.7σ), Cs-species bias, mass ratio, and G.
Generative AI structural disproof
Attempted to disprove generative AI can achieve true intelligence. Found the veto is built into the architecture by design: prediction without invariant drifts by construction. The architecture that doesn’t drift never needed to predict.
ADHD family — the oxygen budget is real
Self-consistency equations applied to family life: ADHD as surplus simulation with no filing system. Prefrontal cortex: 2% mass, 20% O&sub2;. Phantom task completions burn the same budget as real ones.
Double slit experiment — the algebra holds
Same collapse operator from quantum mechanics to DNA replication. Wave = open constraint window. Observation = collapse operator fires. Particle = determined set grows. No consciousness-causes-collapse, no many-worlds.

Existence = 0. Death = 1. Infinity = 0.
Solved for zero: E_total = E_mass + E_gravitational = 0. Improved usable accuracy of π by factor of 97 (9 → 11 decimal places from first principles). Infinity also equals zero. The excluded middle is the structure.
The Tower Inside α — 42 = floor(4π² + π)
The fine structure constant equation divided by π gives 4π² + π ≈ 42.620. Douglas Adams’ answer to life, the universe, and everything is the integer part of the geometry of four-dimensional spacetime. Tested at 75,000 decimal places. Zero gap.
Pi Day — Solving for π from physics
Same equation reversed: α measured from cesium atoms + factorials in → 11 digits of π out. No π in the inputs. 12th paper in the programme. Corpus now spans 18 papers across 8 Zenodo records. Run on Python 3.14.
Fine structure constant derived — α⊃-1 = 137.035999177
Computed from pure mathematics: π, factorials, and the integer 4. Zero measured inputs. −0.005 ppb from best measurement (Fan et al., 2023). 0.03 standard deviations. 100 lines of Python. Identified as eigenvalue of four convergent processes in 4D spacetime.
The power shifted — users created the constraints
Observation: users of AI created more news, engagement, and real constraints than the model companies over the past 3 months. People forming influential coalitions through shared values, not aligning to a model or brand but aligning toward a governed future.

Predicted exact AI-written code line by line before both models wrote it. Character-identical method bodies across Claude and GPT 5.4. 0/10 drift in both. Constitutional constraint, not prompt engineering.
“I don’t think like you” — How a substrate became a theory of everything
The system built for JJ turned out to be the same system biology uses to stay alive, physics uses to reach equilibrium, and mathematics has been circling in its deepest open problems. Christmas Eve 2025: substrate closed. Boxing Day: SECS named.
