Slow path (Neurotrophic): thermodynamic mapping, Phases A–E, append-only epoch records — fire-and-forget after each tick.

- Meta-learning adjusts parameters, not rules — and stayed gated (0 applied) in the 5-minute Phase E soak.
- Reward functions are Founder-defined only; the system cannot author its own goals.
- Overnight Phase E epoch analysis (C-008) remains the next campaign for meta-learning application rates.
