Working vertical products — pride of place, off the Observer core
Observer stays the research and proof surface. Apps is the catalogue of sovereign-native vertical products that actually run multi-party workflows. Each app is a separate deploy unit; Observer only catalogues, links, and can poll a read-only governance snapshot.
Client–agency operations product: staff requests, fill, shared timesheet mirror, dual-approval invoicing, skills and preferred-worker ratings. Runs as a separate deploy unit (private product repo) — not as source on this site. Public pages only describe the vertical; the application codebase is not published here.
Live demo host is not on GitHub Pages. Local / invite-only runtime when available.
Governed control-cycle story for mixed human workcells. Not a robot runtime product yet — the deep-dive lives on Workflow Demos until a working deploy unit exists.
